SANS Studio FAQ's
Production & Sourcing Products:
All garments and printed products are created and finished by hand in our Chester (UK) based studio unless stated. We screen print by hand on a manual press, and source high quality blanks from reputable suppliers - the majority of our stock is organic and ethically produced. We re-use and recycle everything we can in the studio and use only water-based printing inks.
Screen printing is a traditional form of printmaking, which is created through handmade production techniques that require a high level of skill and precision to achieve. Our products are all made to the highest quality and created personally by us – you can be assured that we handle every step of the creative process from idea to finished product.
All our vintage items come from our own personal collections, they are hand-picked and curated over time from a variety of different sources all over the country. Everything is personally tested, and the actual items in the photos are what you will receive. We have very high standards for quality, which is reflected in everything we do, everything we create and everything we have in our vintage collections.

The studio is located in Chester, United Kingdom. We are not open to the public, but we do offer studio visits if you want to come and see what we do and how we operate. Get in touch if you want to organise a visit.
Payments:
All payments are secure and processed through Shopify or PayPal. We take all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club.
Postage & Delivery:
Flat rate for UK Postage is £3.49 for all orders of £39.99 and under, and free for orders of £40 and over. We use reliable tracked services, and package every item with the utmost care and protection. We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days, this can sometimes be a little longer if a re-print is needed on specific items. If you require a faster delivery get in touch and we will always try to express this service where possible!
Returns and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, saleable condition that you received it. To complete your return please contact us first(!), we will require a receipt or proof of purchase on return delivery. Buyer pays return postage.
We do not offer returns on sale items – this does not include discounts on your shopping basket, standard return policy still applies.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), these include where an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
